Job Summary:

Asst. Manager / Engineer (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new customers.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and evaluate potential customers and market segments for business development.
• Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in the region.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. MBA (Marketing) & B.E./ B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
2. Candidates with prior experience in B2B, B2C marketing or Industrial Sales
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
