Job Purpose - To implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - 1. QMS Implementation & Maintenance - Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 QMS. - Maintain quality manuals, procedures, and related documentation. - Conduct gap analysis and facilitate closure of non-conformities. 2. Internal Audits - Plan and conduct internal quality audits. - Coordinate third-party and customer audits. - Prepare audit reports and track corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). 3. Process Improvement - Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and Lean initiatives. - Analyze process deviations and implement root cause analysis tools (like 5 Why, Fishbone). 4. Documentation & Control - Manage document control and record retention systems. - Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and measuring equipment. 5. Training & Awareness - Conduct training for employees on QMS policies, SOPs, and quality tools. - Promote quality awareness across departments. 6. Customer Focus - Support customer complaint analysis and resolution. - Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. 7. Reporting - Prepare quality performance reports, KPIs, and audit summaries. - Report quality issues to senior management and suggest improvements.
