Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.- Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.- Organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance review processes.- Assist management in drafting HR policies and implementing best practices.- Prepare HR reports and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Prefered 1–3 years of proven experience in HR roles.- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/HR software knowledge is a plus.- Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
