Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Oversee recruitment strategies, interviews, and selection.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Drive engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development paths.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement appraisal systems, track KPIs, and guide performance improvement.
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure labor law compliance, maintain HR records, and update policies.
  • Employee Relations
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Reporting
  • Maintain HR dashboards and submit periodic reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
