Key Responsibilities  Document Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant materials.  Scheduling project meetings  preparing reports  managing project documentation,  Handling correspondence.  Taking minutes, and distributing action items.  Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues or risks, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.  Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, keeping everyone informed of project status and any developments.  Ensuring team members have the necessary resources, including equipment, supplies, and information, to complete their tasks.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.  Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.  Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions.  Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as basic computer skills.  All non-standard orders needs to be check in the details and prepare the requirements and coordinate with all the concern team. Ensure customer approval has taken prior start the production.  Collect and maintain all the DG performance test reports and share it to all the concern team members.  Provide technical and document support to marketing in non-standard requirements  Supporting to PPC in non-standard requirement .  Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with others, and build strong working relationships.
