Job Title: IT Executive

Reporting To: IT Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure smooth and secure functioning of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure across the manufacturing plant and office. The IT Executive will provide hands-on technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and assist in implementing IT policies and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain plant and office computers, servers, and network equipment.

· Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT peripherals within the factory premises.

· Provide user support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues to all departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Admin, etc.).

· Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and system access permissions as per company policy.

· Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are properly followed.

· Maintain and update antivirus, ERP systems, and other manufacturing-related software tools.

· Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance, AMC, and troubleshooting support.

· Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and warranty information.

· Assist in IT audits and ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.

· Support implementation of automation systems, barcode scanners, and digital tools in production and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics.

· 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

· Knowledge of ERP systems, factory automation software, and CCTV systems is an advantage.

Key Skills

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

· Experience with MS Office, Outlook, and data backup tools.

· Good coordination skills for vendor and cross-department communication.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

· CompTIA A+ / Network+

· Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
