Experience- Min 3 years

Qualification- Diploma/ Degree

Gender- Male

Responsible for follow sequence of Planning

Responsible for powder coated production report and update breakdown

Strong knowledge of electrostatic powder coating processes, pretreatment systems, and industrial coatings

Responsible for reduce powder coating rework & rejection

Responsible for pc production process

Responsible for manpower handling

Responsible for material preparation as per plan

Responsible for take material in sets from fabrication

Responsible for check static chargebility before loading of materials on conveyor

Responsible for maintain gun parameter of powder booth

Responsible of to follow TPM activities as per weekly schedule

Responsible for complete shift activities

Powder specific supervision of Powder lab technicians, Train people

To maintain daily checklist

To maintain powder consumption report

To maintain Chemical report hardcopy
