Job Description:

A. YouTube Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Create and execute YouTube growth strategies (content

planning, posting schedules, optimization)

  • Conduct keyword research for YouTube SEO
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists
  • Analyze YouTube Analytics (CTR, watch time, retention, RPM,

growth)

  • Coordinate with video editors/designers for thumbnails and

content flow

  • Suggest content ideas based on trends, competitors, and

analytics

B. Google Ads & Paid Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search &

Display)

  • Perform keyword research and ad copy optimization
  • Monitor budgets, CPC, conversions, and ROAS
  • A/B test ads and landing pages
  • Generate regular performance reports

C. Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and manage content for platforms like Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, X

  • Execute organic growth strategies and basic paid promotions
  • Track engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Repurpose YouTube content into short-form content

(Reels/Shorts)

D. SEO (Basic to Intermediate)

  • On-page SEO optimization (meta tags, content structure,

keywords)

  • Blog/content optimization for search engines
  • Basic technical SEO understanding
  • Competitor analysis and keyword tracking
  • Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Experience running YouTube Ads
  • Basic understanding of funnels and lead generation
  • Experience working with creators, personal brands, or startups
  • Basic design sense (thumbnails, creatives)

Desired Skills 3 -6 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads
  • Proven experience with YouTube channel management and

growth

  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like:

o Google Analytics

o Google Search Console

o YouTube Studio

o Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest,

etc.)

o Ability to analyze data and take action

o Good communication and coordination skills
