Scope of Work:
Maintain and update administrative records, track departmental expenses, budget optimisation, payroll processing and generate insightful reports for senior management.
Manage national and international travel operations, including budgeting, flight bookings, ground transportation, and expense reporting, in coordination with the Foundation’s authorized vendors.
Execute administrative calendar in sync with departments, schedule appointments and coordinate resources for planned meetings, including conference rooms, and A/V equipment.
Prepare and organize key documents and presentations for meetings and records with an accuracy and timely delivery.
Perform routine administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, directing incoming calls, and procuring office supplies.
Coordinate printing, collation, and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Manage confidential human resources functions, including sourcing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and facilitating communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new recruits by coordinating the setup of necessary facilities and assets.
Support the accounts team with CA/CS-related activities, including document arrangement, report filing, and related functions.
