Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for a Research Assistant/Associate at the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Bright Bal Gokulam Foundation. The role involves engaging in research activities, supporting data collection and analysis, and contributing to curriculum development aligned with the foundation's educational model.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Research skills for designing, conducting and supporting qualitative and quantitative studies

• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration, report writing, and stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a commitment to educational transformation

• A Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development is preferred

• Candidates who have published research papers or articles will be given higher preference

• Candidates from Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be prioritised due to on-site job
