The candidate should have a strong technical background, extensive experience in workshop and field service management, and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage service operations across workshop and field units, ensuring high service standards. Supervise and guide a team of service engineers, technicians, and support staff. Optimize resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and service turnaround times. Ensure timely resolution of service issues and escalations, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Monitor service KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management review. Implement quality assurance protocols and safety standards across all service operations. Develop and grow revenue streams from AMCs, service contracts, and parts sales. Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and maintain technical excellence. Coordinate with the sales and product teams for pre-sales support and technical clarifications. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Works Manager, with a strong performance record. In-depth knowledge of service operations, diagnostics, and technical support. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, customer handling, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in service management systems, ERPs, and reporting tools.
