Job Summary

Skill to Evaluate :

Provide technical support in the delivery of agreed support services and service commitments. Ensure
that customer requests or issues are resolved quickly to minimize impact to the customers services,systems, platforms and/or business operations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• Excellent trouble shooting and critical thinking skills• Ability to provide clear internal and external communications• Able to act as a mentor for support engineers• Strong working with team members• Technical skills: Linux, OCP, AWS awareness, Oracle, SQL, Elastic• Solid working knowledge of customer and service support processes and methodologies• Personally comfortable taking ownership for own work• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies / inaccuracies. Preferred Qualifications• Experience working in multi-vendor telecom environments.• Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and data mediation.• Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration and monitoring tools (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, Grafana).• Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerized systems (Docker,Kubernetes).
