Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales to lead our regional sales operations in Solapur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic sales leadership, team management, and business development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals and driving market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and execute sales strategies for the Solapur region to meet business objectives. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and drive growth. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and compliance standards. Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and implement best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Assistant General Manager Sales or a similar senior role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
