Workshop Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automobile service workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, and optimal utilization of resources and workforce. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall workshop operations including scheduling, job allocation, and manpower planning. Supervise mechanics, technicians, and service advisors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct daily reviews of job cards, work orders, and repair estimates. Ensure proper inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints with professionalism. Implement cost control measures and improve workshop profitability. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication. Ensure timely billing, documentation, and warranty claim processing. Train and mentor workshop staff to improve skills and efficiency.
