Asst. General Manager

Role Overview: You will be accountable for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments such as Business Development, Projects (Wind & Solar), Operations & Maintenance, Procurement (Supply Chain), Power Evacuation, Legal & Compliance, Logistic & Transportation, Human Resource, Statutory, and Land to align strategies with organizational and project goals. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating risks to ensure efficient project execution, driving innovation in renewable energy solutions, and taking ownership of P&L accounts of respective projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating document resources and templates for Business Development and Projects. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with multiple departments including Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Land, Power Evacuation, and Legal to create final documents for business development. - Conduct day-to-day follow-ups with MIS checkpoints and create alerts for potential barriers in the sales/project process related to the P&L account of specific projects. - Facilitate communication and coordination among various department teams to optimize processes and resource allocation. - Address interdepartmental challenges and provide resolutions to enhance collaboration. - Implement best practices and process optimization strategies tailored to projects. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and sustainability enhancements. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within and across teams.
