Asst. General Manager

As a Design Manager for steel poles, your role involves leading and managing design activities for a variety of poles such as High Mast, Street Light, Octagonal, Conical, and Transmission Poles. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting structural analysis, wind load calculations, and foundation designs in accordance with relevant IS/BS/IEC standards. - Reviewing and approving detailed fabrication drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM). - Collaborating with marketing, project execution, and production teams to offer technical support and innovative design solutions. - Ensuring all designs adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers in technical detailing and design tools. - Engaging with clients and consultants to comprehend requirements and deliver optimized design solutions. - Supervising design documentation, drawing control, and design validation reports. - Implementing design automation and software-driven enhancements to enhance efficiency.
