We have an immediate opening for the Profile of Asst. General Manager - HR with a Reputed Real Estate / Construction Company at Bangalore. Candidate will be will be responsible for managing all HR functions with mainly 60% of Talent acquisition & 40 % of other HR related operational work . Industry: Real Estate / Construction.Working Days: 6 daysTimings: General shiftsTeam of 2 Junior Exec-HR will also be assigned
Role & responsibilities :
Includes overseeing recruitment, induction, training, employee engagement, performance management, data management, compliance, and other HR-related tasks.A) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- 60 % B) On boarding & InductionC) Employee Engagement & RelationsD) Training & DevelopmentE) Performance ManagementF) Compliance & DocumentationG) Payroll & Compensation SupportH) HR Policies & Process ImprovementI) Reporting & Management Information Systems (MIS)
Preferred candidate profile :
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any HR OR Any discipline, Masters preferred.Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levelsAbility to analyse, interpret and explain employment and other laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeExpert Knowledge in Talent acquisition for Real Estate/ Construction firm along with other HR realted functions. 60% Recruitment Process /Talent acquisition, 40% Generalist Profile (Attendance, Payroll, etc.)
