Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax, audit, accounting, and compliance services.
  • Understand client requirements and offer consultative solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Tax, ROC, Audit, Legal, and Admin teams to execute client deliverables seamlessly.
  • Review financial statements, tax filings, audit reports, and documentation for quality and completeness.
  • Provide actionable guidance on GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory matters to both domestic and international clients.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding including documentation, internal handovers, and engagement terms.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed service enrollments — meeting defined sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of sales pipelines.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for client status, billing cycles, renewals, and compliance timelines.
  • Resolve client queries promptly while maintaining high standards of service quality, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. (MBA is preferred but not mandatory.)
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B client engagement, taxation, audit support, account management, or consultative sales.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — to engage professionally with business clients.
  • Proven ability to handle objections, multitask under deadlines, and confidently close sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Zoho/Salesforce) and digital communication tools (email, video calls, chat).
  • Goal-driven with a proactive, consultative, and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to understand client industries and offer relevant solutions or upsell value-added services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
