A brief job description in this regard is mentioned below.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in a full-cycle or technical recruiting role, exceptions can be made in the case of exceptionally smart candidatesExperience in active candidate sourcing and managementExperience in end to end recruitmentAgency hiring or product company/startup hiring is idealProficiency in networking and building talent communitiesSolid understanding of recruiting metrics and acquisition practices and methods

Good To Have

Experience in creative sourcing from various sourcesExperience in working on TA data
