Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for

  merchant and retailer acquisition

  across varied market segments.
• Drive

  sourcing, lead generation, deal closure

  activation

  for new merchant accounts.
• Lead and manage a

  field sales team

  , ensuring performance, training, and motivation.

• Coach and mentor

  the team in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Formulate and execute

  promotional strategies

  to boost market visibility and penetration.
• Travel extensively within the city to expand reach and identify new opportunities.
