Associate Vice President Sales

Job Summary:

The AVP Sales will be responsible for driving the overall revenue growth of Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital by leading and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing business development teams, and building strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate partners, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, healthcare industry knowledge, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all service lines.

Identify new business opportunities and markets (including domestic and international patients).

Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and outreach team.

Set goals, KPIs, and review performance regularly.

Referral & Corporate Network Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, diagnostic centres, and medical practitioners.

Expand corporate tie-ups and empanelments with insurance companies, TPAs, and wellness organizations.

Patient Acquisition & Retention:

Design and drive patient acquisition campaigns and outreach programs.

Ensure high conversion rates from leads and superior patient experience.

Liaison & Collaboration:

Coordinate with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Represent the hospital at external events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
