Head BAMS Doctor Leadership Role (1 Opening) Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of hands-on clinical practice Qualification: BAMS Valid license with State Medical Council Vacancy: 1 Location: Meerut Shift: General Shift Joining: Immediate or short notice preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide a team of junior BAMS doctors Handle complex and chronic patient cases with advanced Ayurvedic approaches Supervise clinical processes and ensure protocol adherence Participate in audits, quality improvement, and training programs Contribute to research, documentation, and patient education initiatives Key Skills: Extensive knowledge of Ayurvedic science and treatment planning Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent communication, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Ability to manage teams and ensure high standards of patient care General Requirements for Both Roles: Valid BAMS degree with active license Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient wellbeing Willingness to work from the meerut location Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred
