Job Description

Client servicing and Solutioning:

Understand client requirements and deliver customer delight consistently.
Support sales team with solutioning and provide consulting support.
Find ways to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.
Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients.
Showcase business awareness and identify consumer insights.
Work with other senior managers to pitch for new accounts.

12+ years in client services and operations management within the financial/ESG services space.
Must have experience on climate change projects
