Role Overview :

Value Offering Associate

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage specialized value programs including mocks, sectional tests, GK capsules, and legal
• Work closely with top CLAT educators to roll out structured revision plans, daily practice sessions, and masterclasses.
• Track student engagement, feedback, and performance metrics to enhance learner outcomes.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to ensure Unacademy’s CLAT offerings remain best-in-class.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote value-driven initiatives and improve student retention.
• Maintain an updated understanding of CLAT exam patterns, consortium changes, and student expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Law graduates or CLAT alumni highly preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in legal education, EdTech, or test preparation roles.
• Sound knowledge of the CLAT syllabus and aptitude-based assessment formats.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with performance data analysis and reporting tools.
• Passion for education and a learner-first mindset.
