About the Role:

Value Offering Associate

Responsibilities:

• Curate value-driven offerings including test series, study plans, crash courses, and live revision sessions tailored to UGC NET Paper 1 & Paper 2 subjects.
• Collaborate with top educators to conceptualize and execute engaging academic initiatives that align with syllabus updates and learner needs.
• Monitor student performance and feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
• Track and analyze platform data to identify learning gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and visibility of all value-based programs.
• Stay updated with NTA guidelines, syllabus changes, and exam trends to ensure offerings are exam-relevant.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education).
• 1-2 years of experience in EdTech, academic content, or test prep (NET experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the NET syllabus and exam structure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
