Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Thematic resource person and Subject Matter expert for Field programs and provide thematic guidance and technical inputs related to Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry in project planning and implementation across the North Region. Ensure Thematic Quality of Field Development Programmes and provide scientific and practical advice to implementing staff and project beneficiaries to maintain the technical/managerial edge of BAIF Programs. Support field teams in designing and implementing sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural models. Conceive, plan and manage and administer the operations/maintenance of a Research program in thematic area. Responsible for theoretical and experimental studies and piloting new innovations, new or improved concepts/techniques. Develop new information resources in support of program information needs. Assist in developing training modules and conducting capacity-building programs for field staff and farmers. Documentation of success stories, learnings, and innovations. Monitor field performance and provide technical support during field visits. Liaison with government departments, academic institutions, and CSR partners for technical collaborations. Contribute to project proposal writing, reporting, documentation and developing knowledge products in the thematic area. Required Qualification & Experience: M.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture) or Ph.D. in related discipline. Minimum 7 years’ of relevant experience in NGOs/CSR projects. Sound understanding of sustainable agriculture, horticulture, organic/natural farming practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi. II. Position Title: Associate Thematic Programme Executive (ATPE) Thematic Area – Natural Resource Management (NRM) Number of Positions : 02 Location: Head Quarter : Prayagraj (U.P.) & Udaipur (Rajasthan) Extensive travel requirement Reporting to: Regional Director – North Type of Engagement : Full-Time regular position Key Role: Provide technical guidance to project teams in Natural Resource Management (NRM) across North Region. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Thematic resource person and Subject Matter expert for Field programs and provide thematic guidance and technical support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of NRM interventions including soil and water conservation, watershed development, irrigation solutions, and climate adaptation. Ensure Thematic Quality of Field Development Programmes by providing scientific and practical advice and support to implementing staff and project beneficiaries to maintain the technical/managerial edge of BAIF Programs. Guide field teams in site planning, estimation, quality monitoring, and sustainability of NRM structures. Develop guidelines, SOPs, and tools for project implementation and monitoring. Conduct field assessments, feasibility studies, and impact evaluations. Build partnerships with technical institutions, line departments, and CSR donors. Contribute to project proposal writing, reporting, documentation and developing knowledge products in the thematic area. Required Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or Ph.D. in relevant field. Minimum 7 years of field-level experience in NGOs/CSR in NRM domain. Expertise in watershed development, micro-irrigation, soil and water conservation structures, and water budgeting. Proficiency in technical drawing, cost estimation, and quality assurance. Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- to 70,000/- pm (CTC) commensurate with qualification and experience along with other benefits according to the organization norm.
