The Job / Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager with 8+ years of expertise in product development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skill. You will lead and inspire a team of developers, drive innovation, and execute technical strategies aligned with business goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing development processes, and mentoring teams to ensure high performance and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to deliver projects, ensuring 90% on-time completion of development milestones.
• Gain in-depth domain knowledge and a clear understanding of product functions to guide the development process effectively.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and implement two new technologies or best practices annually to enhance team productivity or product quality.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices, aiming to improve product quality by 20% annually.
• Resolve technical issues within 48 hours to minimize disruptions to project progress.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews, ensuring 90% of the team meets or exceeds expectations.
• Monitor and report team productivity and project health, ensuring KCIs are met or exceeded by 85%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams within a product development environment.
• Strong understanding of domain knowledge and product functions to drive development aligned with business objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (preferably Angular, Java, MSSQL).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
