Job Summary

Technical Skills: 1. Tosca Automation Expertise Deep knowledge of Tosca modules (TestCase Design, ExecutionLists, Requirements). Experience with Toscaâ€¿s model based testing and scriptless automation. Proficiency in creating reusable test assets and managing test data. 2. Framework Design & Maintenance Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks. Integration of Tosca with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools. 3. SAP Testing Knowledge Experience automating SAP GUI and Fiori applications using Tosca. Familiarity with SAP business processes and data structures. 4. API & Web Testing Skills in automating REST/SOAP APIs and web applications using Tosca. Process and Methodology Skills: 1.Test Strategy & Planning Define automation scope, objectives, and KPIs. Align test strategy with business and technical stakeholders. 2. Agile & DevOps Practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of DevOps principles and test automationâ€¿s role in CI/CD. 3. Defect Management Proficiency in defect lifecycle management using tools like Jira or ALM Leadership and soft skills: 1.Team Management Lead and mentor automation testers. Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards. 2.Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA managers. Present test results and automation metrics clearly. 3. Problem solving & Adaptability Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize test coverage. Adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.
