Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate Team lead Frontend based in Indore, India. The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for web applications. They will collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers and lead a team of junior developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and working on responsive web design.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Lead the design and development of responsive, user-centric web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers on frontend best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Participate in planning, estimation, and code review processes.
• Ensure frontend applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes.
• 4–6 years of experience in Front-End Development with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in
