    LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean and X-Ray searches

    , and other platforms to identify top U.S. talent.

  • Tell the Story

    – Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that conveys each client’s mission, culture, and opportunity.

  • Build for Now & Later

    – Develop pipelines of passive talent for current and future hiring needs.

  • Share Market Insights

    – Provide data-driven feedback and market intel to refine hiring profiles and strategies in real time.

  • Measure & Improve

    – Track sourcing metrics, assess funnel health, and optimize your approach using data.

  • Champion the Candidate Experience

    – Ensure all candidate interactions reflect RFS’s high standards of professionalism, clarity, and care.

  • Optimize Data & Tools

    – Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in our
