Intro

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Talent Operation to join our HR Operations team. You will be responsible for day-to-day HR system support, LMS administration, reporting, and coordination across global HR teams.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and shared HR mailbox queries.
• Support MyCSC Learn (LMS) administration: module creation, assignments, troubleshooting, and completion tracking.
• Build and maintain HR SharePoint pages with accurate and up-to-date content.
• Prepare and update HR reports/dashboards using mid-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Partner across HR teams for special projects and process improvements.
• Update process documentation, SOPs, and change logs.

Good to Have Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions for technical or new-hire course content.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to support new-hire onboarding/induction sessions.

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

Must Have

• Experience working with ticketing systems (Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
• LMS administration experience.
• SharePoint administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).

Good to Have

• Experience facilitating training or onboarding sessions.
• Exposure to HR operations or HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, HR or equivalent.
