Associate / Sr Payroll associate

As an Asia's fastest-growing HR technology platform, you will collaborate with internal functional team partners to determine suitable solutions to escalated issues and product/service gaps. You will respond to clients via email, phone, and live chat support channels, troubleshoot and guide clients through product usage, and proactively stay up-to-date on product features and improvements. Additionally, you will produce and maintain user guides, FAQs, videos, and webinar content, identify and communicate system issues, trends, and quality metrics to our Product, QA, and Development teams, and meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets.
