Technology and Operations (TO) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group TO, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who can lead end-to-end development projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
Provide technical leadership to a team of 5 10 developers
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to gather and clarify requirements
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
Perform hands-on development using Python, SQL, and related frameworks
Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high quality standards
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
