In This Role, You Will Work in an agile environment where we iterate quickly and respond to ad-hoc requests. Be involved in Sprint/Waterfall Project’s Test Planning and Execution, performing functional, regression, visual, usability, and accessibility testing. Attend scrum ceremonies and contribute to collaborative team efforts. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes backend and frontend developers, testers, UX/UI designers, scrum masters, and managers. Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, including QA Automation, Accessibility, and AI, and share your innovative ideas to improve processes. Here's What You Need A bachelor’s degree in B. Tech in Computer Science or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium with Cucumber, Applitools). Experience working in fast-paced phases of Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting. Exposure to basic test methodologies such as boundary value analysis, functional and visual testing, cross-browser/device testing, sanity and smoke testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proficiency in writing concise yet comprehensive test cases/scenarios. Confidence in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through to resolution. Show more Show less
