Job Description

Job Description

What You Will Bring:

Develop applications to meet business needs.
Work agile, embracing Scrum values and ceremonies.
Participate across SDLC: design, code, test, and deploy.
Support project estimation and release planning.
Collaborate to meet sprint goals, taking tasks as needed.
Ensure quality with TDD/BDD, unit, and automation tests.
Work closely with cross-functional, global teams.
Apply strong OO design and algorithm skills.
Preferred Technology - Advanced AI tools, frameworks, and APIs, including:
Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Vector Databases
Autonomous agents (e.g., Auto-GPT, AgentGPT, CrewAI)
Generative AI (text, image, video, voice synthesis)
AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere, Stability AI, etc.)
Build rapid prototypes using cutting-edge stacks (Python, JS, FastAPI, Streamlit, etc.)
Research and test new AI models, frameworks, and tools, delivering insights and PoCs
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into live systems
Push boundaries with ideas for new use cases, applications, or product features
Create technical documentation, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions internally
Good to have Knowledge around
Core Java OR .Net, Angular, HTML5 and Java Script, Relational Database, Dimensional Database, and SQL
