Job Description

About the Role:

Associate Capital and Debt Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

Support in executing debt and capital advisory transactions, including refinancing, acquisition financing, and project financing.
Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and client presentations.
Conduct credit analysis, industry benchmarking, and debt capacity assessments.
Assist in developing tailored financing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies.
Support in preparing transaction documentation, term sheets, and process notes.
Work closely with senior team members during negotiations and deal closures.
Conduct due diligence and assist in evaluating alternative funding structures.
Track market trends, interest rate movements, and capital market developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
25 years in investment banking, corporate finance, or debt advisory.
Strong understanding of capital markets, structured finance, and debt instruments.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and Excel-based analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
