Experience in Digital manufacturing tools (3D Experience /DELMIA V5/Team center visualization/Human Jack/ Process Simulate/IC.IDO/Unity/VR/FAPLIS/Micro station etc.)- Assembly process planning, documentation & issue resolution - Assembly equipment design, planning, installation & commissioning- Physical ergonomic Assessment in production plant- Problem Solving & Project Management- C#/Python/Powerbi - Designing small Jigs & Fixtures- Executing new vehicle program projects.- Conduct dynamic and static clearance analysis studies for Cars using 3D Experience - Conduct ergonomic studies using 3D Experience - Virtual validation of plant tools Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Design & Engineering Solutions.- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.- Experience in utilizing CAD software for design and analysis.- Knowledge of material selection and manufacturing processes. Take trials of hot standby PLC by swapping with main at a defined frequency. Ensure PLC software licenses and upgrades after receiving from planning.
