To ensure timely wage processing, establish Salary Accounts for workmen in collaboration with banks, maintain accurate manpower data, and efficiently manage time office operations

Coordinate with the IT department to facilitate timely wage processing KRA2 PF Calculation Research on the latest laws and regulations related to Provident Fund (PF) and wage calculations Ensure accurate and compliant PF deductions and contributions for employees Conduct regular audits to verify PF calculations and payments, making necessary adjustments as per legal requirements KRA3 Wage Incentive Calculations Verify and validate incentive calculations according to company policy Record accurate data of incentives in

the system to facilitate wage processing KRA4 Bank Relations Interact with banks to facilitate the opening of new salary accounts for workmen
