Front Line Officer - Time Office (PF)

Job Purpose

Job Context & Major Challenges

• To keep the wage calculations updated according to the various policies of the government and ensuring timely distribution of the wages. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
  

• Ensure on-time wage payments for General Monthly Workers, OS/Toti, and Apprentices
• Coordinate with the IT department to facilitate timely wage processing
  

• Research on the latest laws and regulations related to Provident Fund (PF) and wage calculations
• Ensure accurate and compliant PF deductions and contributions for employees
• Conduct regular audits to verify PF calculations and payments, making necessary adjustments as per legal requirements
  

• Verify and validate incentive calculations according to company policy
• Record accurate data of incentives in the system to facilitate wage processing
  

• Interact with banks to facilitate the opening of new salary accounts for workmen
• Coordinate with banks to resolve non-payment related issues affecting workmen
  

• Maintain up-to-date and section-wise manpower data records
  

• Handle daily entry of leave records into the system and manage advance leave payment for workmen
• Maintain and update the yearly leave ledger, including payment for lapsable leave of workmen
  

• Ensure monthly uploading of ESI and Pension contributions for all concerned employees on the site, adhering to statutory requirements
