Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) in terms of disbursal value and volume. Ensure the agreed interest rates (IRR) and profitability margins are maintained. 2. Lead Sourcing & Conversion: Self-source potential customers through local networking, market visits, and personal initiatives. Build and maintain a network of connectors for consistent lead generation. Follow up on leads assigned by the organization and convert them into disbursed loans. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent service by assisting customers with queries, explaining loan processes, and ensuring a seamless experience. 4. Channel Partner Engagement: Onboard new connectors and nurture existing partnerships. Actively support and engage with partners to drive lead inflow and maintain high conversion rates. 5. Market Understanding: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to fine-tune sales strategies. Identify potential growth opportunities in the assigned area and share insights with the Regional Sales Manager. 6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and complies with the banks policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct initial checks on applications to ensure data accuracy and loan eligibility. Preferred Background: Experience in working with NBFCs / HFCs / DSAs etc. Prior exposure to the secured loan or mortgage segment.
