Position Summary

The Research Analyst will support high-quality academic and scientific research by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing research reports. This role provides critical support to PhD candidates and faculty, ensuring accuracy, academic rigor, and adherence to research standards.

Key Responsibilities

Literature Review & Data Collection

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to identify and evaluate relevant academic sources
• Collect, compile, and organize data from primary and secondary sources

Data Analysis

• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using research tools and software
• Interpret analytical results and summarize findings to support ongoing research projects

Report Writing & Documentation

• Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, and presentation materials
• Assist in developing manuscripts for academic publications, journals, and grant proposals

Research Support

• Collaborate with PhD scholars and faculty members to refine research methodologies
• Provide guidance on research best practices and analytical techniques

Database & Documentation Management

• Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation of research materials
• Ensure compliance with academic standards and proper documentation practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in statistical tools/software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel, NVivo, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of academic writing and citation styles

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in academic Research
• Familiarity with research databases (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, etc.)
• Prior experience in a Analytics/Research environment
