We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele caller to promote and sell our software products/services through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a good understanding of software solutions or IT products. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, and other sources. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions based on our software offerings. Schedule product demos or forward qualified leads to the sales/technical team. Maintain and update customer database with call logs and other relevant information. Achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns promptly. Provide feedback to the product and marketing team on customer trends and feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree preferred. · Excellent verbal communication skills English · Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals. · Good organizational and time management skills.
