Associate Relationship Officer

The Associate Relationship Officer position in the Retail Banking-Rural Banking division requires you to deepen relationships with Rural Banking accounts and provide exceptional service to customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Relationship Manager in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs in the designated area, understanding their business loan requirements, and driving client acquisition to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities include: - Mapping household needs in villages and allocated areas - Conducting post-loan disbursal checks to meet group loan targets - Assessing client needs and exploring cross-sell opportunities - Generating leads for liabilities business and account opening in Rural markets - Meeting individual and branch sales targets through new business sales and customer retention - Encouraging customers to transition to online banking - Ensuring high collections efficiency and accurate loan documentation - Coordinating with operations officer for timely data entry - Maintaining compliance with bank regulations - Performing field audits and customer verifications - Staying updated on bank products, credit standards, and services - Recommending process improvements for service quality - Supporting livelihood advancement and community development initiatives Qualifications required: - Minimum 12th grade education - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation is optional Experience: - 0-1 years of relevant branch banking experience; freshers are also welcome to apply.,
