Roles and responsibilities

  • Client acquisition:

    Identify new customers through local activities, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Relationship management:

    Manage a portfolio of clients, ensure high-quality service, and build long-term relationships with customers, builders, and business communities.
  • Sales and cross-selling:

    Enhance product sales and achieve individual performance targets for income generation and new client growth. Look for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process and fulfillment:

    Guide customers through the entire loan process, from application to disbursement, and ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms.
  • Customer support:

    Resolve customer queries and issues, and help with account activation and maintenance.
  • Market development:

    Map new markets and provide feedback to senior management on customer needs and potential opportunities.
