As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the liabilities portfolio of the branch through effective relationship management and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Actively acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships by promoting and selling the bank's liabilities products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other investment products Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions Cross-sell other banking products and services to increase customer engagement and satisfaction Achieve individual and branch targets for liabilities portfolio growth and revenue generation Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and processes to provide accurate and timely information to customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of banking products and services Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications Willingness to travel within the assigned region We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
