Associate, Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking Group

As a Relationship Manager in the Institutional Banking Group, your role involves managing and sustaining a portfolio of corporate customers by building long-term relationships based on efficient and reliable support. You will work with product groups and colleagues in India and overseas to grow the local large corporate client base and increase wallet share from new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with corporate clients through constant interaction and account mapping at various levels within client organizations - Identify and recommend products that effectively meet customer needs, and proactively sell and customize products to increase profitability and reduce costs - Implement the IBG business strategy to increase market share, achieve revenue targets, and cross-sell other bank products - Monitor customer satisfaction levels, regulatory compliance, and assist in external and internal audits - Develop the DBS brand in the region, research market segments, and build and empower a high-performing team Qualifications Required: - Overall 5-7 years of experience in corporate banking - Proven track record in corporate and commercial banking - MBA or CA with relevant banking experience preferred As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact at CEO, Finance Director, and Treasurer levels in corporate offices. You will advise on structuring business finances, grow the team's portfolio profitability, formulate business development strategies, and ensure adherence to risk management guidelines and policies.
