Job Title: Associate - QA Engineer Experience Level: 3-7 Years Responsibilities: Sr.QA Engineer who needs to be a strong independent contributor who Collaborate with Solution Architects/Project Stakeholders/QA Lead to understand project requirements from BRD’s and Acceptance criteria defined in User stories. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and Joint System Integration Testing (JSIT) with UAT and customer teams Execute test cases and document test results and defects in a timely and efficient manner in Azure dev ops. Perform functional and regression testing to ensure the quality and stability of software applications. Provide assistance on testing the UAT and PROD defect fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects and issues. Work on automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve test efficiency on both Desktop/Web Applications. Having hands-on automation experience is key to contributing to our Automation packs. Should be willing to play both Functional and Automating testing roles. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and methodologies. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in QA and Agile methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on System Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT). Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems. Experience in Web test automation tools such as Java - Selenium, Playwright (Java Script). Experience in Desktop Automation or RPA based tools like Power Automate, UI Path, etc., Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. Show more Show less
