Job Description

Job Purpose To provide investment banking research and analytics support to IB/Advisory firm . Work on deal origination and execution work streams Key Responsibilities Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, valuation models, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular / various industry Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc. Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction” Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment Conducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment Required Background Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.) 2-4 years of experience in the Investment banking space Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client relationship management Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance as the job requires working with senior leadership team at the client’s end Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel and Power Point (extensive use of excel models and powerpoint Working knowledge of database such as Factset, Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Thomson, etc. Show more Show less
