Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Associate – PR to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based out of Mumbai, ideal for candidates who can collaborate virtually while delivering high-quality PR work. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in PR, media relations, or communications, along with strong storytelling and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing PR strategies aligned with client goals.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.
• Support in planning and executing press events, launches, and media interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across communication.
• Stay updated on media trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant PR/communications experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent media relations and networking ability.
• Knowledge of digital PR, influencer marketing, and social media integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PR tools is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines effectively.
