Associate, Project Support

This role is based at our Mumbai office and requires employees to be in the office 3 days a week with a shift time from 3 pm to 12 pm. Position Overview: Project Support Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Project Support team in Mumbai. As a Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating interactions between our clients and Council Members, who are industry experts working with us in a consultative capacity. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating interactions between clients in the APAC region and Network Members based in the USA, handling requests with complex compliance requirements, building strong relationships with Client Solutions partners, engaging with Network Members daily, interviewing industry leaders as needed, and successfully executing project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, 1-3 years of work experience in related fields, a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, excellent fluency in English, and the ability to work in US shifts starting from 5 pm onwards. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, a passion for learning in a technology-enabled environment, sales experience, and the ability to manage relationships across various professional levels will strengthen your candidacy.
